WAY LESS EXPENSIVE than the others for a local move and perfectly good experience. Hunter and Tyler were extremely careful with our items, wrapping, loading and delivery. They were courteous and helpful and graciously moved several items a second time when I changed my mind on placement.Paul, the manager was also easy to work with over the phone. I liked his upbeat manner and great attitude when I had to reschedule.Making Moves will be my go-to for any future moves.

I had such a wonderful experience with this moving crew and truly can’t recommend them enough. Adam, Hunter, and Doozer were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were respectful, professional, and handled all of my belongings with so much care. You could tell they genuinely take pride in their work because they never cut corners and worked hard the entire time.What really stood out to me was how kind and patient they were with my kids. I’m a single mom of four, and as you can imagine, moving day can be chaotic. Even when the kids were curious and occasionally in the way, the guys stayed friendly, patient, and positive, which meant more to me than they probably realize.The pricing was perfect for my budget, which was such a relief. Moving felt overwhelming and honestly wouldn’t have happened without the help and support of this team. They made a stressful day feel manageable and even enjoyable.If you’re looking for movers who are hardworking, respectful, affordable, and just genuinely good people, ask for Adam, Hunter, and Doozer. I chose Making Moves because they had great reviews. I will choose again because they did a great job. The job was done in a timely manner. The best part was Adam and JD the actual movers. They were careful with our things and they worked well together. They were friendly and just made what could have been a stressful situation easy. We will definitely use them again!

We used making moves for a local move for our home. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. Hunter, Adam and Eric made a great team! They handled all of our items with care and were very efficient. Nothing got damaged in the move and they were even able to get large, heavy pieces of furniture into very precarious spots. I am so impressed and would use them again any time.

This was my first out of state move and first time using professional movers and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The team was great with communication and they were extremely helpful and efficient. We had some items that were not easy to load and unload but they made it happen. I had 4 movers to load all my furniture which was a lot. They loaded 2 trucks full while wrapping and taking great care. Very accommodating. Jd, John, Hunter and Doozer were fantastic. Very professional. John, Jd, and Hunter showed up next day at my new home right on time and again did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with Making Moves was really positive from the scheduling process to the moving day. I had to reschedule my move two days before the initial move, and they rescheduled it with no issues. Both Eric and Adam were very professional and friendly. They wrapped and moved my furniture with care and they were very quick. They drove 9-10 hours to a different state for my move. This was the best moving company I've ever hired, and I would definitely use this company again.

The owner of the company is very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and assured me they could move what I needed. He wasn’t wrong and the crew he sent, Adam and Triston did a great job with my move! I was an out of state move and it went seamlessly. They showed up and my stuff loaded in a few hours. Delivery was on time and completed in a few hours as well. They also loaded my motorcycle as well, they loaded it very carefully and ensured that my bike was secured and wouldn’t get damaged. Everything showed up in perfect shape and on time. I highly recommend Making Moves for your move. I would definitely use them again for my next move. Thank you!!

We had a complicated move with four stops and they made it seem easy.They made sure our storage was organized and had an aisle down the center like we requested. We used Making Moves recently and they were fantastic. We had a very big house with a lot of rooms full of things to be moved. They arrived around 8:30 a.m. and were completely done by 12:00 noon. We were astounded. They took time to wrap lamps and other fragile items in blankets and taped completely for safety, and they were still done well before we thought possible. Highly recommend!

Professional, reliable and reasonably priced!Aaron and Jarod did a great job with our move!They finished up sooner than expected and they even offered to clean off the bottom of the furniture before setting it down to make sure no dust or anything fell onto the new floors!10/10 I will both use and recommend them in the future!

5 stars are not enough for my experience, I would give 100 if I could!! My interaction with Making Moves was one of *THE*BEST* customer service experiences I have encountered in years. They promptly responded to all of my pre-move questions. They were ON TIME arriving when promised. The moving crew was so so professional, polite, and friendly, they were focused on their work and were diligent. They packed every fragile item individually and were so careful. They unpacked with care and efficiency. All at a great price too. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Making Moves in Cleveland, Tn!!! I am thrilled, very satisfied, and beyond pleased!!!

To start, there are a ton of moving companies in Chattanooga. With that being said, I picked this one because the process from start to finish was very hassle free. The guy on the phone who gave me the quote was very upfront and made me feel very comfortable with the process.The movers (Adam and Hunter) were very professional, understanding and had great personalities, I’d highly recommend them. They were fast, efficient and careful with my items. Moving is a normally a stressful life event but I can honestly say this team has made my move as worry free as ever before. Great experience, they kept me informed on time frames. Pickup up items I had not seen in person, took pics. Reassembled at my home and then dismantled my old unit and took to habitat for Humanity for me. The team was polite and professional. Highly recommended.
