WAY LESS EXPENSIVE than the others for a local move and perfectly good experience. Hunter and Tyler were extremely careful with our items, wrapping, loading and delivery. They were courteous and helpful and graciously moved several items a second time when I changed my mind on placement.Paul, the manager was also easy to work with over the phone. I liked his upbeat manner and great attitude when I had to reschedule.Making Moves will be my go-to for any future moves.

They were respectful, professional, and handled all of my belongings with so much care. We used making moves for a local move for our home. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. Hunter, Adam and Eric made a great team! They handled all of our items with care and were very efficient. Nothing got damaged in the move and they were even able to get large, heavy pieces of furniture into very precarious spots. This was my first out of state move and first time using professional movers and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I had 4 movers to load all my furniture which was a lot. They loaded 2 trucks full while wrapping and taking great care. Very accommodating. Jd, John, Hunter and Doozer were fantastic. My experience with Making Moves was really positive from the scheduling process to the moving day. I had to reschedule my move two days before the initial move, and they rescheduled it with no issues. Both Eric and Adam were very professional and friendly. They wrapped and moved my furniture with care and they were very quick. They drove 9-10 hours to a different state for my move. This was the best moving company I've ever hired, and I would definitely use this company again.

The owner of the company is very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and assured me they could move what I needed. He wasn’t wrong and the crew he sent, Adam and Triston did a great job with my move! I was an out of state move and it went seamlessly. They showed up and my stuff loaded in a few hours. Delivery was on time and completed in a few hours as well. They also loaded my motorcycle as well, they loaded it very carefully and ensured that my bike was secured and wouldn’t get damaged. Everything showed up in perfect shape and on time. I highly recommend Making Moves for your move. I would definitely use them again for my next move. Thank you!!

We used Making Moves recently and they were fantastic. We had a very big house with a lot of rooms full of things to be moved. They arrived around 8:30 a.m. and were completely done by 12:00 noon. We were astounded. They took time to wrap lamps and other fragile items in blankets and taped completely for safety, and they were still done well before we thought possible. Highly recommend!

To start, there are a ton of moving companies in Chattanooga. With that being said, I picked this one because the process from start to finish was very hassle free. The guy on the phone who gave me the quote was very upfront and made me feel very comfortable with the process.The movers (Adam and Hunter) were very professional, understanding and had great personalities, I’d highly recommend them. They were fast, efficient and careful with my items. Moving is a normally a stressful life event but I can honestly say this team has made my move as worry free as ever before.
